It's all in the Moo-nd.

Well I've not been on much due to illness in the Moo family. After work I've been going to the hospital, up at 6.30 - 7 to get ready and go to work, by the time I'm home it's off to visit, which ends about 8 to 8.30 and once home and I've had something to eat it's time for bed, almost.

My little sister once known as I Can Moo Too and Chrome Kitty on other boards was taken into hospital 12 days ago. She had several stomach pains, at first they thought it was the gall bladder. It turned out to be a cyst on the liver, a biggie. This had also irritated the gall bladder. An operation, drugs were needed to get rid of the cyst and help the gall bladder. The Gall bladder is now ok and the big cyst has, but there were two little ones beneath it and since the operation two more have appeared, why these have appeared no on knows. The large one was thought to have been caused by a cracked rib. But what caused the new ones???

Our kid feels a lot better than she did, the pain is a lot less. Although after surgery she was very happy, that would be the morphine we thought, and thought right she confirmed. Well she is in some pain and is still not sure how long she will be in hospital but hey ho. I'm off to see her again later.

Work has been training, it's alright. How much has stuck though is a different matter. At least i know the difference between a PSUB and a BIK. If you ever wondered what an L code meant, it means your under 65. Cunning.

The Worrier is well and looking for work still, she's been doing lovely tests for the DWP and other government bits. It turns out as a dyslexic she is allowed extra time and is allowed a computer to use. The power that be try to keep this a bit quiet because it costs money. It did help The Worrier a lot but she never got the job. She was also in hospital to have a polyp removed from inside the most delicate of places. Happily she did not need it and they are going to help with some long standing issues. Plus she is due to start her counselling  from the bus crash last October I think.

Crikey.

Well apart from my dad almost falling into a diabetic coma and the fraud of money from The worrier's account taking about a month to sort out, everything is ok.

There is now an SF series on BBC radio. The Time Maciner was on radio 3, It was an excellent prodution, although the device of having Wells near the end of his life recount his tale was unnecessary and laboured a little. Some really good stuff .
